Problem with the big stores too is they don't carry alot of oddball stuff that most of the small stores have.

I 100% agree with GixxerJockey. I have worked my entire life in a retail environment. Corporate greed and "policies" have completely ruined the foundation of customer service. It is to the point now where I order almost everything online now. The only hope that retail stores have now is to provide that good customer service experience. For some reason, they just don't seem to grasp that. This is why the majority of brick and mortar stores are going out of business.
