I am sure most if not all who carry a blade know the laws but it is a good idea to check before you travel. Over the weekend I planned to see my son in Rhode Island and knew I could not bring my EDC hand gun. So figured I would take my EDC knife. A check of their knife laws revealed my EDC knife while CT legal would be a violation in RI. Concealing a knife there limits you to a blade length of 3 inches. Interestingly, you can open carry longer knives.
