Dose anyone know if this is considered a assult weapon ? Also do magazines holding more than 10 shots have to be registered even if there .22 rim fire?

Nope, they are still for sale at Hoffmans. Mags are restricted to 10 rounds.

So anything over 10 rounds has to be registered even if they are .22s ?
